“No-thing without mind. No-body without breath.”

While you are sitting behind your computer, driving in the car, or simply waiting for something to happen today, remember to sit up straight, open the chest, and breathe deeply. Engaging your breath allows the the body to accomplish what the mind has set out to do. When you are feeling anxious, stressed, restless, or bored find a stopping point, save your work, and take a walk. We are most efficient when the mind is clear and the body is relaxed. Allow the mind to lead through intention and the body to support through breath.
